We are grateful that you celebrated Fall with us by doing good.

You helped us raise $1,145 for Wishing Well!

After the run, we also received $3000 from a generous donor, so we raised enough money to build two wells in Zambia!

Our Wishing Well Project in Zambia is part of our Good Water initiatives. In one and a half years, Good Neighbors Canada has built four wells in communities that didn’t have clean, readily available water.

Numerous communities suffer from contaminated water sources and waterborne diseases.

In many of the rural villages we work at in Zambia, children are the ones in charge of fetching water, so their parents can work. They have to travel about 4 hours a day, on uneven terrain, in search of water.
