Save a School at Indigo
Indigo North London 86 Fanshawe Street, London, ON, Canada📚 Need books for the kids? A new summer novel? Gifts for teachers? Come to our FUNdraiser at Indigo and shop til you drop! Without spending an extra penny, you can help 200 kids with our Save a School campaign. 🆘
🤑 All you have to do is say you're with Good Neighbors Canada at the cash register and Indigo will donate the equivalent of 15% of your purchases to our cause. Proceeds will help rebuild a school and provide access to better education in Mina's community.
🤗We will be at the North London store from 6 to 8 pm.
Music for Mirpur – a benefit concert featuring Chad Price
Wolf Performance Hall 251 Dundas Street, London, Ontario, CanadaJoin Good Neighbors Canada as we present Music for Mirpur, a benefit concert featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Chad Price.
Enjoy a reception with complimentary hors d’oeuvres before the benefit concert:
- Cocktail party and silent auction at 7 pm.
- Entertainment with Chad Price and band at 8 pm.
All proceeds go to our Save a School campaign. You will be helping 200 children with tuition assistance, new books and also facility upgrades, equipment and staff training for a school in Mirpur, an area in the slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Save a School campaign was developed from our Hope Letter campaign. This year children will write letters of encouragement to Mina, a little girl who works at a tobacco factory in Mirpur and who dreams of becoming a teacher.

- VIP tickets: $40 (all in) – your VIP ticket includes premium seating and a drink.

Pumpkin Spice Virtual 5K
CanadaGo for a walk around the neighbourhood, hit the trails, or jump on a treadmill. Even cycling counts! You will have the whole month of October to complete a 5K in any way you want. Prices go up on August 15.
