How have you been handling quarantine? This has been a very challenging time, especially if you have children. Being away from friends and playgrounds for such a long time can take a toll on kids.
For emotional support, our friends from Good Neighbors Korea have been offering phone counselling for children and also have been distributing a kit to help with mental health. The kit includes a mandala colouring book, clay and board games to help with stress management.
Good Neighbors International have created some videos to teach children breathing techniques that help with relaxation.
