COVID-19 Food Relief: 3 ways you can help

Good Neighbors Canada started a COVID-19 Relief and Community Support fund to help three organizations that are having a rise in demand due to the pandemic:

  • Meals on Wheels London,
  • the London Food Bank
  • Mission Services of London. 

A $15,000 donation was immediately sent their way to support our community in London, ON.

Realistically, we don't know when this quarantine will end and we have to make sure people are still being fed to stay healthy.

Now is the time to donate, so that food can be purchased in time. 

Every dollar matters.

We are also launching two initiatives for those who can't support us financially:

Pledge your birthday

Would you consider asking for a donation instead of a birthday gift this year? All donations will go to food and meal delivery to vulnerable people, like seniors, adults with disabilities and shelters. Tell your friends and refer them to COVID-19 Relief page!

Awareness for nutrition

Sharing is caring! We want to see your own videos and pictures on social media of your go-to snack or a different recipe you've come up with during quarantine. Nominate a friend to do the same and use the hashtag #cook4good. Don't forget to tag us too: @hellogncanada
